About Me

I am a relationally-oriented integrative therapist. What this really means is that I have integrated over many years of practice the multiple therapeutic modalities I have trained in. What remains central in my work is the relationship. with the client. I pull from my training in diverse schools of thought- Humanistic, psychodynamic (Group Analysis, ISTDP), Experiential (EMDR), Neurobiological (Interpersonal Neuro-biology) and Cognitive (REBT).

I have also worked extensively with leaders and executives and offer services in assessment, facilitation  and coaching.

I speak English, Hindi, Gujarati and Marathi.
