Hi! I am Mukti Shah

Psychotherapist & Coach

Most of us face traumas and challenges in our lives which can keep us stuck in repetitive patterns of behaviour. I know from my own experiences that healing is not linear. It takes courage to lean into discomfort and seek help to break unhelpful patterns and create the life you have always wanted.

Therapy is a safe, reflective space where you feel genuinely seen, protected and supported by deep accurately aimed attention. It is from here that you can begin to express, explore, resolve and consider new choices too fearsome to consider before.

Over the years my clients have discovered that the benefits and value they gained from therapeutic work did not end at the last session – they continue to carry and build on these for the rest of their lives.

My practice is small, hundred percent online and a few spots open every quarter.

If this sounds like something that could benefit you, then you can request for an initial consultation.
